Fashion Rentals

CHAIN vintage will let you step into their historical fashion archive dating back as far as the 1910’s, with a curated selection of high fashion designer garments dating back to the 1960’s. CHAIN Vintage rentals are for use in photoshoots, runway, stage performances, and special events. Garments may also be pulled for productions such as music videos, short films, movies, etc. All rentals & pulls are accepted on a case by case basis.

STYLIST PULL POLICY

PULLING PROCESS

  1. You will be charged a 25% restock fee on the overall amount, the day you pull products (non-negotiable).
  2. You are unable to pull any pieces that are: delicate, white/high neck, swimwear, or undergarments. (CHAIN Vintage must approve all pieces individually.)
  3. You must fill out the application form on the reverse side completely – if your submission is accepted, a member of our team will reach out to arrange the pull appointment. 
  4. As security, CHAIN Vintage will hold a credit card on file. Any lost or damaged items will be invoiced at full retail price to the credit card on file.
  5. You agree to take full responsibility and care for all items whilst in your possession.

CONTENT

  1. Stylist agrees to submit 5-10 photos after the shoot that we can publish/use for our own purposes.
  2. Must tag @CHAINvintageCo visibly in all social media posts where pulled items are visible or in use. 
  3. Must credit CHAIN Vintage for wardrobe (ie. Stylist: Patricia Field, Wardrobe: CHAIN Vintage)
  4. The signor will give CHAIN Vintage full credit in print, online, social media, or on television/film.
  5. A copy of the publication in which the item will be used will be sent to CHAIN Vintage if relevant. 
  6. CHAIN Vintage reserves the right to use the images for its own promotional purposes across all channels.

 

RETURN POLICY

  1. The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received by the RETURN DATE. This includes labels and price tags in original condition. For events and appearances, garments MUST BE DRY CLEANED before returning.
  2. Stylists will be charged full price for any missing or damaged items.
  3. All pieces must be returned within 72 hours (unless otherwise approved in advance).
  4. CHAIN Vintage reserves the right to invoice full value for any items not received back by the agreed-upon RETURN DATE.
